St Wilfrid's Friendship Group
We usually meet
on the first Monday of the month in the church hall at 2.30 pm till about 4.00 pm, to sing a couple of songs, have fun and hear
talks on a variety of subjects. It is a very informal meeting, and usually about 35 people attend from different churches and the local community. For more information please contact Colin Povey on 07867 430165.
Men's Meetings
About two dozen men from the local community and
churches usually attend. We meet from 6.30 to about 8.30 pm on
a Saturday in the Church Hall just three times a year. We have a meal together, chat and have a talk from an invited speaker (which lasts about twenty minutes). It's all very informal. Our meetings for 2026 are on:
Saturday 14 March, Saturday 11 July, Saturday 14 November.

Mothers' Prayers
We meet in Room 1 every other Monday. We welcome any and all ladies who wish to pray for our younger family members.
