St Wilfs Family Page

Hello, and welcome to our family page. Here you’ll find information about children’s and family activities we run at St Wilfrid’s (when not in lockdown) and there are also links to other sites which have great children’s activities, songs and other Christian input. But also, we’ve linked to churches in the locality – usually fairly large churches which tend to have more resources – who are posting things on their websites too.

St Wilfrid’s Activities

  • First Sunday of every month, at 4.00 pm: Our Family Service called Sunday@4. Click HERE for more information.

  • Kidz' Church. Every Sunday at 10.00 am except the first Sunday of the month. Click HERE for more information.

  • Messy Church. In normal times we run these at least three times a year, though we have suspended them during the pandemic. Click HERE for more information.

  • Mini-Wilfs. This is our Parent & Toddler's group which runs every Friday morning during term time. Click HERE for more information.

Other Churches in the Area

These are churches that have come to our notice:

  • St John's Meads, Kids and Youth page. They are featuring an online Holiday Club at the moment with videos and activities for children to do. Click HERE.

  • Victoria Baptist Church. Some great resources here; checkout their 'families' web area by Clicking HERE

Other Sites with Great Resources

These sites have material freely available, as well as some things for purchase.

  • Hillsongs YouTube Page. Some great resources here. Click HERE for the link to their page.
  • Scripture Union. During lockdown SU have put a lot of free resources including videos for crafts on their website. Click HERE for the link to their web page.
  • Minno (formerly Jelly TV). More resources including access to their online TV programmes (you will need to subscribe to access these). Click HERE.
  • Super Book. Again, more resources. You can also sign up to watch their videos which tell the story of two children and a robot called Gizmo, who go back in time and meet up with characters from the Bible stories. Click HERE.
  • Spinnaker Trust. Some more great resources from an organisation we are very close to at St Wilfrid's. Click HERE

Note: We hope to post more links in the future.
