Our meetings usually start with a short Bible reading and prayer. This is followed by a talk, which may bring the Christian message or be on secular subjects, such as local history or music and sometimes a fun afternoon of quiz or beetle drive.
We meet at 2.30pm on the first Monday of each month (excepting August) and offer you an opportunity to enjoy fellowship with old friends or make new ones over a cup of tea and biscuits at the end of each afternoon.
Although we are currently supported by our very loyal lady members, we should welcome both men and women of all ages, as we aim to provide a varied programme which will appeal to everybody.
There is no annual membership fee - members pay £1.00 for each session.
All are welcome and we should be delighted to offer friendship to new members. Do join us!
